Arjun Mehta left a senior role at a global cloud company to write software that decides, every fifteen minutes, whose electron goes where on the Indian grid. His company, Gridline Systems, sells forecasting and dispatch intelligence to wind and solar operators — the unglamorous software layer the energy transition cannot run without.
